Delta Symposium: Readings from Alan Lightman

Writer and physicist, Alan Lightman, will give a reading at the Bradbury Art Museum. The event is part of A-State’s Delta Symposium with support from Black River Technical College.
Alan Lightman is an American writer, physicist, and social entrepreneur. He received his PhD in theoretical physics in 1974. Since then, Lightman has done fundamental research on the astrophysics of black holes, astrophysical radiation processes, and stellar dynamics. He is a past chair of the High Energy Division of the American Astronomical Society and is an elected member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
