June and Giles, Live at Lebowski’s

Lead singer Toni June headed to Nashville from her home on Long Island, New York in 2022 to chase her lifelong dream of music. It wasn’t long before June crossed paths with the gifted guitarist, Zachary Giles in 2024 at an audition; shortly after Giles had moved from his hometown in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The two were instantly drawn to and inspired by one another’s sound. With powerhouse, soul-fueled vocals by June; and tasteful, blues rock and slide guitar skills by Giles; they joined forces to create a captivating, electrifying band like no other. The two sought out a rhythm section of funky, pocket drumming, Motown bass lines, and sassy organ playing to help bring their vision to life.
With their unique, vintage sound inspired by fusing the flavors of gritty blues and soul with a touch of swampy, southern rock; June & Giles have proudly been compared to artists such as The Tedeschi Trucks Band, The Allman Brothers Band and Lake Street Dive.
In the short time June & Giles have been together, they recently opened for The Band of Heathens at The Downtown Jonesboro BBQ Fest in September of 2024. June & Giles look forward to releasing their original music as they continue to write, record and play live shows!
