Jonesboro’s biggest farmer’s market is back for the Spring and Summer season. Location on Aggie Road on the Campus of Arkansas State University, the Judd Hill Farmer’s Market features both indoor and outdoor shopping, live music, fresh produce, meat, and hand-made crafts. Always free to attend.

NEA Comedians is coming in strong on May 17! We have LA’s own Big Mickey fresh off the success of her recent hour special, Don’t Be Confused, on Amazon and streaming services. She brings her unique take on life splitting her time as a comic between LA and Memphis, and she BRINGS DOWN THE HOUSE everywhere she goes. This is a special opportunity to see an amazing comic in Jonesboro that will soon be a household name! Backing her up are several local and touring comedians: Tylon Monger, Funnyman Mickey, and Justin Burgess, and hosted by the Queen of Jonesboro Comedy, Allison McArthur! Panoply: 26 Painted Lives brings together two bodies of work from portrait artist Ray Allen Parker. The LIT series forms a sort of visual biography of the artist, who holds two degrees in English literature from the University of Arkansas. These portraits of literary figures trace Parker’s journey through the novels and poetry that shaped his thoughts and feelings about major themes explored in literature.
The Biographies series is comprised of forensically close, introspective portraits of family and friends. These works, stripped of all background artifice, reveal a maximum of psychological expressiveness with minimal facial expression. Admission is free!
