We’re starting off the Get in Gear Series with our Indoor Triathlon. Join us Saturday March 11th, at St. Bernards Health & Wellness for this one of a kind event. If you’ve ever wanted to do a tri, this is the perfect event for you. Swim 300 meters in our lap pool, head upstairs to our stationary bikes and ride for 5 miles, then jump on a treadmill to finish with 2 miles. Very beginner friendly and family friendly for everyone to come watch.

This course is best for families and beginner anglers who want to improve their trout fishing knowledge. You will learn how to fish for trout in varying conditions, learn how to rig up a fishing pole, practice casting, and then head out to one of our community fishing ponds to catch some trout! Parents are encouraged to join in on the fun with their kids. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the Forrest L.
