United states strongman membership is required.

The event will be held at Arkansas Muscle Gym 3235 E Mathews AVE, Jonesboro AR
$10 spectator fee. Free entry for children under 5yo
There will be a food truck on site.
Events are:
Viking press for reps
Yoke/ frame carry medley
max conventional deadlift
Weight over bar (Highland Games style)
The tiebreaker event is a Strongman tug-of-war

Kids under 5 are free
