St. Bernards Men’s Health Day

Take charge of your health and join us for St. Bernards Annual Men’s Health Day on Friday, September 11th from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the St. Bernards Auditorium, located at 505 East Washington Avenue in Jonesboro. This free community event offers a variety convenient health screenings and wellness resources all in one place. Attendees can take advantage of screenings that include:
• Blood pressure
• Height and weight
• BMI
• Anemia
• Glucose
• Hemoglobin A1C
• Lipid panel
• Sleep apnea
• Body mass composition
• Flexibility and balance
Men ages 45 to 75 can receive a prostate exam from our Urology Physicians and participate in colon cancer screenings. But the day has more to offer! Guests can also receive valuable nutritional information, enjoy a free “grab and go” breakfast and have a chance to win door prizes. While this event is designed with men’s health in mind, women are also welcome to attend and take advantage of the available screenings.
