Junior Target Golf – REGISTRATION OPEN NOW!

Ages: 5-12 years old
Target Golf is a team oriented game played at Craighead Forest Park. Teams will compete for points based on their shots on the target.
Instruction designed to provide the beginning golfer and the experienced individual with a comprehensive, easy to understand method, that will bring fun, success and enjoyment to their game of Golf.
This program has a spring and fall registration period. Current registration will run until April 30th, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
Registration for the league is $35 per player. There is a limited number of confidential scholarships available by request.
Schedule:
Tentative Start Date is May 9th, 2023
Practices will be every Tuesday and Thursday at approximately 5:30pm.
Practices are expected to be one hour and fifteen minutes in duration.
Competition will not start until at least the 3rd week of the program.
Clubs are provided for use at no additional cost for practice/game locations only. You are welcome to bring clubs for your child if you already own them.
Due to any weather, dates and times may be changed or amended.
Tentative End Date is June 15, 2023

The Craighead County Master Gardeners will be doing a demonstration on how to grow vegetables in a bag. Garden bags are a cheap alternative to expensive raised beds.
