A monthly support group offering encouragement, education and helful informtation. It will give you the opportunity to surround yourself with people who understand and support your goals. This month’s topic is “The Bariatric Kitchen.”

Take part in our EFR class as a Pre-req for the Rescue Diver class or as a personal course for your state of mind. The first evening we will go through the primary care section and practice performing CPR and the second night we will do a few practice exercises to finish your certification.

The emergency oxygen class is a great addition to the EFR course or the Rescue course. Learning the proper way to administer oxygen and what type of breathing mask to use can bolster your effect on saving someone in a dangerous situation. Join the class now!
