The St. Bernards Senior Health Clinic invites the public to attend a special event focused on fall awareness information. The “Mind & Memory Boot Camp” will take place on Monday, October 6th, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at The St. Bernards Medical Center Community Room, located at 225 East Washington Avenue in Jonesboro.
This program will include:
• Information about fall risks
• Balance Testing
• Caregiver support and tips
• Nutritional Information
• Walker and Device Fit Checks
• Medication Safety Review
• Simulation for fall prevention
