St. Bernards Senior Health Clinic: Community Dementia Awareness Program

The St. Bernards Senior Health Clinic invites the public to attend a special event focused on dementia awareness and wellness. The “Mind & Memory Boot Camp” will take place on Tuesday, August 26, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the St. Bernards Imaging Center, 1144 East Matthews Avenue in the Education Room.
This engaging program will include:
• Tips and techniques for communicating effectively with individuals living with dementia
• Gentle movement exercises designed to enhance brain function and mobility — suitable for all fitness levels
