EAB’s Eclipse Viewing Party at Joe Mack Campbell Park
Join the East Arkansas Broadcasters as they throw an eclipse viewing party at Jonesboro’s Joe Mack Campbell Park. The wide-open spaces at Joe Mack Campbell Park provide the perfect opportunity to take in this once-in-a-lifetime event. Someone will also walk away with $2024 in cash!

Is there any registration required, or can we just show up? Can we show up early and bring a canopy?
Leah, no registration is required. I don’t know about any rules regarding canopies, but if you are referring to a simple 10×10 pop up tent I don’t think anyone would have a problem. It’s a very big park.

Cari, we are being told there are about 10-12 food trucks/vendors at the Joe Mack Campbell event. Enjoy!
Will there be port-a potties set up? Plenty of parking for regular cars (not RVs)?

There should be plenty of restrooms available. Joe Mack Campbell Park routinely has thousands of people there for soccer, baseball, etc. Have a great time!
Will there be kids activities?
We believe so, but are double checking for you.
Kelly, it’s a family-friendly event with plenty of room to run around and have fun. There is a good-sized playground on site but nothing specific to kids like bouncy-houses. Enjoy!
